
"The
Rubdown" newsletter was formerly published in hard copy, which we
reluctantly discontinued a few years ago due to the usual time
constraints of a growing business.
Now,
it's become our online library of reference materials for the
Health, Lifestyle, and Beauty Industries, for which we're
known.
The older material focuses on the fields
we practiced in Reef's early days, such as TCM, Nutrition,
and Remedial Massage, however they belong here still, as we are
still very much involved in the industry, particularly as
consultants to Physiotherapists and Personal Trainers, and we plan to resume
offering these services again shortly.
The newer
material looks at the more current services in greater detail than
is possible in the "shopfront" section of the website.
